This limited edition single malt has been matured in a selection of American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, along with American ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled at 43% abv.
The result is a sweet velvety dram, encased in a luxurious bottle adorned with abstract designs from the acclaimed French illustrator, Erica Dorn. Having previously worked with film director Wes Anderson, her touch makes for a special unboxing experience. Let this be the first footer across your door this Hogmanay.
On the nose, we encounter creamy vanilla, sumptuous butter and delicate notes of stewed apples. The palate delivers an intense shortbread-like taste, drifting into lightly toasted marshmallow, figs, dried oranges and cinnamon.
