This exquisite Highland whisky strikes the perfect balance, blending Edradour’s bold, intense character with the vibrant, aromatic notes from Sauvignon Blanc casks. The 2014 vintage single malt was bottled in January 2025 as part of a limited release of only 1,633 bottles, following maturation in first-fill Sauvignon Blanc casks sourced from the esteemed Michael Eppan winery in Italy. At 48.2% abv, this release is non-chill filtered to retain its full, rich flavour. The result is a whisky that offers a distinctive blend of deep, malty richness with the fresh, zesty influence of white wine cask ageing.

On the nose, you cna expect fresh fruit, citrus and a floral honey with a palate of peaches and cream sprinkled with spice.  The finish is bright and fresh, lingering with white wine notes.

Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2025 to mark two centuries of distilling tradition, this 22-year-old Edradour has been matured in Amarone wine casks, giving it a distinctive, velvety character. Bottled at 50.8% ABV, and presented naturally with no colouring or chill filtration, it’s indulgent and expressive in equal measure.

On the nose, expect red fruits, sugared walnuts, and leather mingle with a soft hint of chocolate mousse. The palate bursts with jammy berries, espresso, and warming spice, while the finish is long, rich, and slightly decadent. A perfect celebration of Edradour’s 200th year.

A celebratory release to mark the 200^th Anniversary of Edradour, Enigma No. 1 is a 35 year old Highland single malt distilled in 1989 – a true piece of whisky history, with only 498 bottles released.

The liquid spent the intervening years between its distillation on 27/09/1989 to its bottling on 02/07/2025, maturing in a 1^st fill Oloroso sherry butt, showcasing the richness and depth achieved through long sherry maturation.

Bottled at 52.6% ABV, this release is non-chillfiltered and natural in colour, you can expect a nose of sherry-soaked stone fruits, with the balanced earthiness of dark chocolate, followed by a palate of treacle, spices and espresso. The finish brings beautifully crafted dram to a close with long warming notes of sticky toffee pudding, toasted nuts and dark cocoa.

This 10 Year Old Edradour from the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory Vintage is a superb example of the distillery’s rich and characterful Highland style. Distilled in 2015 and matured exclusively in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, this single malt delivers an abundance of depth, warmth, and sherry-driven sweetness.

Bottled at a natural 46% ABV the nose opens with rich aromas of stewed orchard fruits and ripe apricots, laced with vanilla pods and soft baking spice. The palate follows with layers of dried fruit, toffee, and sweet malt, balanced by hints of Easter biscuits and gentle oak warmth. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying, leaving lingering notes of fruit, spice, and sherry sweetness.
