From the oldest distillery on the Isle of Islay arrives this stunning limited edition 30-year-old expression from 2006. The bottle boasts a beautiful illustration of a Sea Dragon, hence the name. This limited edition dram spent 30 years maturing before being bottled at 43% abv. It is bursting with bright flavours of sweet tropical fruits.

Matured exclusively on Islay, primarily in bourbon casks and a small number of Sauternes and Port casks, The Bruichladdich Eighteen is the epitome of Bruichladdich’s signature unpeated house style. The spirit was distilled from their very first crop of home-grown barley, and therefore the expression represents a coming of age for the distillery. Bottled at 50% abv, free from chill filtration.

Full bodied and beautifully fragrant, notes of honey, butterscotch, and citrus orange open on the nose, with a medley of tropical fruits and toasted mellow oak lingering on the palate. The finish brings that classic Islay minerality, with hints of oak, stoned fruit and floral bouquet.

Caisteal Chamuis 15-Year-Old is a beautifully crafted whisky, blending carefully selected Island Malts, each aged for at least fifteen years in a combination of refill American Oak Hogsheads and Oloroso Sherry casks. This extended maturation imparts exceptional depth, where bold peat smoke harmonizes with the rich, fruity sweetness from the sherry casks. The whisky’s age contributes a smooth, refined character, with layers of oak spice, dark chocolate, and dried fruits, all leading to a long, smoky finish with a touch of lingering sweetness. The final expression is a true sherry bomb, with a remarkable cask influence evident in both its color and flavor. Caisteal Chamuis is a powerfully peaty Island blend. Finished in first-fill bourbon barrels, this intensely smoky expression was bottled at 46% abv.

A coastal nose on this one, with notes of sea air, black pepper, and hot cross buns. The palate brings out flavours of smoke, sugared almonds, and toasted nuts. The finish is sweet, smoky, and warming.
