Released as a part of That Boutique-y Rum Company’s Cinema Labels collection, this 18-year-old traditional column still rum is from an undisclosed distillery in Haiti. Presented at 57.2% abv. The label inspiration is Wes Craven’s ‘The Serpent and the Rainbow’, a horror movie set in Haiti.
The nose brings lots of ripe pineapple, pear and banana, with creamy caramel notes. More creamy caramel and crisp pineapple on the palate, along with gentle herbaceous flavour, before a oaky and peppery finish.
