Description
A distillery exclusive, Tobermory Hebridean Coast Gin is small batch distilled on the Isle of Mull with local botanicals: scotch lovage, sugar kelp, lavender and samphire. A splash of rich spirit from their whisky stills is added for a unique touch. Bottled at 43.3%, this one goes perfectly in a dirty martini!
On the nose we find notes of lavender and bright citrus, underpinned with a subtle herbaceous note. The palate reveals juniper, citrus, and floral notes before a slightly salty finish.
