A mammoth of a dram at 4.5 Litres, ‘The Gorilla’ edition of Monkey Shoulder uses only single malt Scotch whisky from the three William Grant Speyside distilleries in a new ‘triple’ malt style created by Malt Master, David Stewart. Crafted in small batches of just 27 casks, Monkey Shoulder is sweet and perfect for mixing at 40% abv, and each of these gargantuan bottles comes with a holding cradle.

Royal Salute 38 Years Old Stone of Destiny is presented in a distinctive porcelain granite-effect flagon, crafted by Revol in France. Such an evocatively elemental setting is enhanced by a hand-crafted 24 carat gold plated crest commemorating the arms of Scottish brave-hearted warriors. This martial motif is then carried through to the 24 carat gold-plated stopper inspired by the hilt of the ancient two handed Scottish broadsword, the Claymore.

Crafted from whiskies aged for no less than 38 years, this unique blend shares its name with the Stone of Destiny, that legendary and enigmatic Coronation stone of the ancient Scottish Kings. Some even say it is the Stone of Jacob, referred to in Old Testament Book of Genesis. The Scots certainly hold it in reverent awe and were jubilant in 1996 when, after many battles and exactly 700 years in English hands, it was finally returned to its homeland, Scotland. It was last used in Westminster Abbey at the Coronation of HM Queen Elizabeth II, and now rests in Edinburgh Castle alongside the Honours of Scotland, the Scottish Crown Jewels.

This unique expression was blended before aging. This grain and malt blend then aged for 57 years in ex-bourbon American oak before being bottled in 2022 at 47% abv. A stunning, rare dram.

The nose has rich fruit cake, almonds, and leather. The palate is herbal and slightly bitter before leading into the cool, refreshing finish full of menthol.

One of the rarest whiskies from The Charles Gordon Collection. Matured in two American oak hogsheads, this expression spent 56 years slumbering before 288 bottles were filled at 48% abv.

The nose is oily with wood polish and candle wax. The palate is bold and spicy with plenty of cinnamon before leading into the sweet and drying finish.

A real tropical triumph. This blended malt is bursting with flavours of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Just 398 bottles of this 39-year-old expression were produced.

On the nose, there is smoked orange, pineapple, and light brown sugar. The palate brings bright candied lemon and barbecued mango before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish.

This expression was initially created in 1994 to celebrate 500 years of the first known reference of Scotch whisky. Just 528 bottles of this stunning 46-year-old blended whisky have been produced.

On the nose, there is leather, baking spices, and aged paper. The palate brings refreshing lemon, vanilla, and smoke – delicious! The finish is long and particularly smooth.
