$75.00 Availability: In StockFrom renowned wine and spirit merchants, Berry Bros. & Rudd, this single cask bottling was distilled at Dailuaine distillery, and matured for 13 years in a hogshead cask. The Speyside expression was bottled at 53.2% abv., and is one of only 278.
The nose offers notes of honeycomb and tropical fruits, along with floral notes. The palate leads to flavours of apples, pears, dried barley and cigar papers. A lingering finish reveals more fresh fruits, as well as a hint of mixed spice.

$69.00 Availability: In StockThis 16 year old “Flora and Fauna” edition is one of the few releases of Dailuaine as a single malt. Hailing from Speyside, it’s a complicated expression, full and sweet, yet also citric-fresh, which is best enjoyed after dinner.
The nose opens with cheese rind and walnuts, before revealing fresher notes of orange and lemon with hints of sandalwood and toffee. On the palate, the whisky is full, sweet and warming with candied orange, currants and Highland toffee, before a spicy finish with a light nutty aftertaste.

Aromas of sea salt, buttered fruitcake, and cream meet the nose. The palate brings crystallised ginger as well as strawberry, red apple, and thick toffee. The finish is warm and satisfying with notes of baking spices.

After eleven years in a single sherry butt, this expression was bottled in 2020 by family-run independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. as part of the First Editions series. Only 480 bottles have been filled at a preferred strength of 46% abv, free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
Aroma of tea, dried berries and peat fill the nose. The palate has notes of dark chocolate, blackcurrant, oak and gentle smoke. The finish is long with a lingering oak influence.
