Description
Distilled with a unique combination of ten botanicals, this uses a barley spirit to add a sumptuous malty, fruity undertone. This organic botanical is a mix of traditional gin flavours. juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather, all combine in an innovative, rich, and hugely floral spirit.
Expect peppery spice, with malted barley and freshly baked bread on the nose. The palate is herbaceous in character, the finish giving notes of fresh blackcurrants, red berries and fruit compote.
