Part of the Home Nations Series, this is a wheat spirit dram, distilled in an atypical fashion. Oak spindles were suspended with the spirit in an drum for 40 days, an innovative way of approaching the maturation process. We will let you be the judge of your success yourself. This is a punchy 59.8% abv in strength, and is a release of only 88 bottles.
