Mossburn No.37 is a 15-year-old Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, drawn from carefully selected casks and bottled at cask strength (58.8% ABV) to capture its full character. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks, it delivers a rich and layered profile with no added colouring or chill filtration, preserving the whisky’s natural depth. Part of Mossburn’s Vintage Casks range, this limited release exemplifies their commitment to quality, traceability, and the enduring craft of whisky-making.

On the nose, expect light cereal notes entwined with coffee, cacao, molasses, raisins, and a hint of pipe tobacco. The palate opens with sherried richness, followed by roasted walnuts and hazelnuts, before giving way to a lightly peppered, bittersweet finish of cacao, prune and fig. 

This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled in 1980 at the North British distillery in Edinburgh, one of just six grain distilleries in Scotland. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 60.4% abv, this is a rare opportunity to experience the whisky that is most often used in famous blends such as Johnnie Walker Black Label, Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark and J&B Rare.

Released as a part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s Cinema Labels collection, this 25-year-old single grain whisky from North British Distillery in Edinburgh has been bottled at at natural cask strength of 56.5% abv. Their quality mashbill is majority corn, with 20% malted barley. The tongue-in-cheek label is a spin on ‘Trainspotting’, as the Boutique-y team go ‘Grainspotting’.

Expect aromas of dried coconut, banana, papaya, and pineapple, with a suggestion of herbal banana leaf. An explosion of dried tropical fruits on the palate, accompanied by some white chocolate, and chilli heat. The finish is short and sweet, with a little peppery warmth.
