Mossburn No.37 is a 15-year-old Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, drawn from carefully selected casks and bottled at cask strength (58.8% ABV) to capture its full character. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks, it delivers a rich and layered profile with no added colouring or chill filtration, preserving the whisky’s natural depth. Part of Mossburn’s Vintage Casks range, this limited release exemplifies their commitment to quality, traceability, and the enduring craft of whisky-making.
On the nose, expect light cereal notes entwined with coffee, cacao, molasses, raisins, and a hint of pipe tobacco. The palate opens with sherried richness, followed by roasted walnuts and hazelnuts, before giving way to a lightly peppered, bittersweet finish of cacao, prune and fig.
