On the nose, there is lemon peel, rich honey, and oak. This oakiness continues in the palate alongisde fruity notes of orange and peach before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish.

Each bottling in this iconic collection is a small batch expression chosen and created by Gordon & MacPhail’s unique expertise in matching spirit to oak casks, an expertise that’s been passed through the generations.
This particular bottling comes from Highland distillery Macduff, and was matured for 15 years in a First Fill Bourbon Barrell before being bottled at 58.6% abv. On the nose there is lime and lemon zest with boozy vanilla, red apple, and coco powder. The taste is full of tropical fruits, butterscotch, and honey. With a medium finish, you’ll be left with lingering tropical fruit and spice notes. Â

$74.00 Availability: In StockPart of the First Editions range of single casks from Glasgow based independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co., this 10 year old Highland single malt was distilled at Macduff distiller in 2006. Matured in a single refill hogshead for a decade, only 391 bottles were produced in 2017, free of chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 46% abv.The nose is sweet with apple blossom, vanilla and peaches. The palate is slightly spicy with a gristy, peppery note before a medium finish with drying oak aspects. -

$90.00 Availability: In StockThis is a 14-year-old single cask from Macduff Distillery, filled into a single sherry butt in 2006 and bottled in 2021 at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and natural colour. Only 756 bottles were produced.
There are rich medicinal aromas of cough sweets – notes of honey, blackcurrant and menthol all making an appearance against a touch of sweet tarry smoke. Over time there is dusty chocolate, sweet nutmeg spice and dried flowers.
The palate showcases flavours of dark chocolate with raspberry and coconut fondant, Turkish delight, liquorice and some Caribbean rum flavours. This is a dark, rich and luxurious whisky from a quality sherry barrel.

Expect aromas of butter shortbread, candy floss and garden flowers, leading to a fresh palate full of Highland toffee and green herbs. The finish is long, with lingering spice.

Expect notes of vanilla bean and orchard fruits on the nose, leading to a palate full of yellow apple and creme brulee flavours which linger on well into the finish.

Finished in Ruby Port hogsheads, this expression was bottled in November 2021 at a strength of 56.4% abv. It is free of chill filtration and artificial colouring.
The nose is sweet and floral with rich milk chocolate and violets. The palate is full of stone fruits and cherries before leading into the pleasantly sweet finish.

A limited-edition with just 259 bottles made, the liquid was finished in a first-fill American oak hogshead and bottled at 56.8% abv.Â
Nose: Opens with a lingonberry tartness that gives way to warm apple pie, melted butter, warm toffee, toasted oats, roasted nuts, and powdered ginger with hints of honeysuckle around the edges.
Palate: Wonderfully complex with warm fruit compote, toasted buttered oats, coffee & vanilla ice cream, crisp red apples, overripe peach, and baked pears with ginger.
Finish: Long and pleasantly drying with shaved dark chocolate, tart fruits, and lingering ginger spice.
