Description
Created in Cumbria, this gin is crafted with more than ten carefully selected botanicals including Cumbrian juniper and four others native to the Lake District National Park. Steeped in English wheat spirit and water from the River Derwent before being distilled for 8 hours in ‘Chemmy’, the distillery’s handmade copper pot still, the result is an incredibly smooth gin.The nose is fresh and fruity with some citrus lemon notes. The palate is clean and smooth with a fresh, crisp finish. Best enjoyed neat over ice or with a tonic of choice.
