This Explorer Edition from The Lakes Distillery in Cumbria is crafted with a carefully selected combination of 15 botanicals, including four native to the Lake District National Park. Steeped overnight in English wheat spirit and pure Cumbrian water from the River Derwent, before a long and slow single batch distillation begins to create a premium gin with zesty notes and herbal overtones.The nose has orange citrus and coriander with a touch of Earl Grey tea and cracked black pepper. The palate is complex and herbal with vibrant juniper, coriander and a peppery finish.
