Description
Hailing from the Glenrothes distillery in Speyside, this single malt is matured in sherry casks made to specification in Jerez, southern Spain, costing around five times as much as ex-bourbon American equivalents. With orange peel and fruit cake on the nose, the spicy ginger notes of the palate mingle with oak and creme brulee before a lingering spice in the finish.
