Looked after from the sugar cane fields on the estate all the way to the bottling, this is a signature product of Worthy Park, rum producers since 1670. This is a real rum-punch, at 54.5% ABV. Full-bodied, with a caramel dark-ruby colour, the authenticity just bursts out in its taste.
Worthy Park 109 Jamaica Rum is produced using estate grown sugar cane molasses, which is fermented for 3 weeks prior to distillation. It offers notes of mango, orange, ginger, and flavours of oak, and brown sugar. The finish is sharp but pleasant. A blend from many of Worthy Park’s products, this is a punchy new contender on the rum scene.
