The Lost Distillery Co. Auchnagie

Part of the Classic Selection from The Lost Distillery Co., Auchnagie is a marriage of 100% aged single malt Scotch whiskies, recreating the signature malt of the now lost Auchnagie Highland distillery. One of several farm distilleries in the Ballinluig area of Perthshire during the 19th century, Auchnagie was founded in 1812 and had a varied existence until it was acquired by John Dewar & Son to form the heart of the Dewar’s blend.The nose is floral with honey and ceral notes. The palate is rich in dried fruit with peppery aspects, before a citrus influence in the sweet finish.
