Octomore 7.1 Scottish Barley

This whisky has been created using barley harvested from mainland Scotland and matured for five years in American oak casks. This is the world’s most heavily peated whisky, at 208ppm. The expression is bottled at 59.5% abv, and was launched to coincide with the departure of Jim McEwan, the Bruichladdich Master Distiller.
