Description
A modern twist on one of the most iconic French alcohols, NV Absinthe Verte was created by George Rowley 2008 whilst researching at the Schimmel Library (oldest herbal library in Europe). Taking the classic Absinthe herbal recipe, he arrived at the perfect combination of added Madagascan vanilla and cocoa pods, alongside the more traditional ingredients of Fennel, Star Anise and Peppermint. Mellower than its historic inspiration, this spirit is bottled at 40% abv and is perfect to enjoy on its own or as a mix.
