Description
Ki No Bi, meaning ‘beauty of the seasons’ is the first Japanese gin distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This is a dry gin created with five Japanese botanicals; yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshŌ berries. The gin is blended to create a balanced and refreshing flavour, before being bottled at 45.7% abv.
On the nose, there is a freshness and aromas of yuzu, followed by spicy pepper. The palate reveals ginger spice and juniper, making way for a long and warm finish.
