Hailing from its namesake city in New York, Brooklyn Gin is a hand-made gin, distilled using locally purchased fruit and a base spirit made from 100% American corn that is sourced from small farms. Each batch yields 300 bottles of gin and the process takes three days – a longer wait, but worth it for the delicious end result!
Brooklyn Gin uses 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Rather than using dried fruit peels or frozen fruit, the fruit is also hand-cut, allowing more essential oils in the juniper berries to be released and make a more vibrant gin. Bright and citrusy, this gin can be enjoyed on its own or used as a base for a fruit-forward cocktail.
