Distilled at the renowned Foursquare Rum Distillery using both copper pot still and twin column still methods, this expression delivers remarkable depth and complexity. Presented at a robust 62% ABV, it is bottled without chill-filtration, with natural colour and no added sweeteners.
The nose reveals layers of sultanas, pineapple, orange peel and subtle baking spices, while the palate unfolds with green banana, ripe plum, and soft toffee notes. A long, warming finish brings dried fruit and oak spice.
