The result is a warming, sweet, and spicy tipple. Wonderful for the festive season, this gin is perfect served with tonic on ice with a slice of orange or lime to garnish.
On the nose you can expect baking spices, Christmas cake, and red berries. Pink peppercorn, stewed plums, and orange peel combine on the palate before leading into the spicy and fruity finish.
