Description
Part of the First Editions range from independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co., this Speyside single malt was distilled in 2010 at Auchroisk distillery. Aged for eleven years in a single bourbon barrel, it was been bottled in 2022 at a preferred strength of 46% abv and is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Just 312 bottles have been produced.
The nose is sweet with vanilla, sugared almonds, and orange peel. The palate is rich and satisfying with notes of Christmas cake and baked apples before leading into the long, fruity, and sweet finish.
