Description
Del Suelo (“of the Earth”) Mezcal celebrates the distinctive terroir of Oaxaca where it is produced. Made using traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations, the liquid sits at 45% ABV and is housed in a bottle featuring artwork by Mexican illustrator Walter García Hernández, depicting stories of the region and adding a final touch of authenticity.
On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of orange zest, pink peppercorn and fresh dill. The palate unfolds with layers of dried apricot, allspice, black tea and roasted banana, delivering a balance of fruit, spice and gentle smokiness. The finish is long and distinctive, leaving notes of baking spice, bright acidity, liquorice and a subtle mineral edge that speaks clearly of its origins.
