The nose has notes of cereal, milk chocolate, and butterscotch boiled sweets. The palate is medium bodied with intricate flavours of fruitcake and toasted oak before leading into a creamy finish full of espresso.

The nose is particularly fruity with mango, pineapple, and coconut fudge. The palate is smooth with notes of stewed fruits and cereal before leading into a decadent and lingering finish with tropical fruit hints appearing at the close.

High West Whiskey Double Rye is made by blending two rye whiskies together: a young but robust 2-year-old and a surprisingly sweet 16-year-old made with a higher percentage of corn. 

This rye definitely has a kick to it! Expect a flavour profile of mint, cinnamon spice and herbal notes. 

Hailing from Utah, High West Distillery introduces their flagship blend: Rendezvous Rye is a blend of older rye whiskies, ranging from 5 to 18 years. The resulting whiskey is rich and flavourful with cinnamon, clove, molasses, allspice, and candied fruit.

With a high rye content in its make-up, this whiskey is the perfect base for a spectacular Manhattan cocktail. 

As part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s Return to Oz collection showcasing the best of Australian whisky, this single malt hails from Limeburners ditillery in the south-western corner of Western Australia. The expression was matured for five years in an ex-Pedro Ximenez Apera cask. On the bottle, the deadly animal chosen to represent Limeburners is the box jellyfish. Bottled at 51.5% abv.

Expect aromas of raisin, molasses, cherry, with pepper and dark chocolate, leading to a beautifully balanced palate of chocolate, black cherry and tobacco.

Named World’s Best Wheat Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards 2026, this is the first American wheat whisky from Maker’s Mark, and a landmark release. Crafted from three distinct wheat varieties grown on the estate, soft red winter wheat, hard white wheat, and heirloom hard red, the 2026 edition delivers a darker, denser, and more complex profile than its predecessor. Bottled at 58.2% ABV, expect molasses, fig, zesty citrus, ripe pear, and a lingering finish of rich sweetness and soft cinnamon.

This one was inspired by the fact that most whisky is enjoyed in its blended form, so this expression uses a knockout combination for a complex and flavourful expression. A limited edition of just 240 bottles, the liquid is made up of whiskies from across the globe, including from Scotland, Switzerland, Sweden, India, New Zealand, Ireland, Taiwan, France, Canada, Japan, Italy, and more!

Expect notes of spicy oak, campfire smoke, spicy rye, sweet stewed orchard fruits and red grape on the nose. The palate is one of apple, red grape, blackberries and plums, leading into a buttery, oily character. The finish is again complex, with lingering notes of forest floor, cereal grains, and a salty sweetness.

As part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s Return to Oz collection showcasing the best of Australian whisky, Overeem hails from the recently revived Overeem distillery – the first ever whisky distillery in Tasmania. A five year old single malt, matured in an ex-Apera wine cask. On the bottle, the Tasmania-based Jack Jumper Ant is the deadly animal chosen to represent Overeem, alongside a spoof of the Star Wars A New Hope poster with the owners of the distillery. Bottled at 50% abv.

Expect aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruits, mixed spice and hazelnut, leading to a bold palate of more rich cocoa and hazelnuts, with raisins and peppery spices which linger on for a spicy finish.

An impressive release from Rabbit Hole. The Louisville-based distillery have released a sweet high rye whiskey that has been matured in slowly-toasted barrels before being bottled at 47.5% abv. The expression is free from chill filtration. The name “Heigold” is in reference to Christian Heigold, a German stonecutter who came to Louisville in the 1850s. Enjoy this whisky neat or over ice. It also works exceptionally well in many a whiskey based cocktail.

The expression opens with aromas of caramel and gentle notes of cinnamon. The palate is oaky with butterscotch and the finish leaves you with hints of citrus and warm spices.
