This 15-year-old blended whisky comes from the newly-relaunched White Heather brand. This expression spent twelve years maturing in a combination of sherry butts, first-fill American oak barrels, and second-fill barrels and hogsheads before being finished for three years in a combination of American virgin oak barrels, Oloroso puncheons, and Pedro Ximenez puncheons. Bottled at 46% abv, the whisky is free from artificial colouring and chill filtration.

On the nose, there is candied pineapple, caramel, and sweet heather honey. The palate has more caramel, orange oil, and ginger before leading into the satisfying and lightly smoky finish.
