Part of the annual Diageo Special Releases 2020 range, this expression is highly-limited.
Mellow and mild on the nose; bright, spring-like scents of honey and orchard fruits give a pleasant first impression. A more intense, rich palate follows, with sweet notes of pear drops and beeswax making for a delightfully creamy dram. A peppery-spice lingers on in the finish and leaves the palate tingling.

Only one in every 20,000 casks in The Singleton’s stock of maturing whisky is deemed special enough to be selected for this expression. This one is matured for 21 years in a mixture of PX seasoned casks and refill ex-bourbon barrels which were then married together in European oak. This special single malt was bottled at 43% abv, accentuating the signature flavours and smoothness you can expect from The Singleton.
The nose is sophisticated, with layers of fruity and burnt orange notes. Toffee, tablet and fruity confectionary all are present on a creamy-smooth palate. The finish is long, dry, and gives a hint of smoke and fruit compote.

$328.00 Availability: In StockThis is a rare whisky, born out of a rare process. This 25 year old single malt from The Singleton Distillery at Duffton is a Trinity Cask Harmony. This means that it has undergone maturation in a trinity of casks: European oak, refill ex-bourbon, and harmonised together in bespoke American oak casks. What this does is create a deep and resonant harmony of flavours.
This expression has a nose of exotic spices and vintage oak, and fruit. Sumptuous pear, sharp pineapple and passionfruit arrive on the palate, and the finish is sweet and full of body, with lingering delightful tastes of vanilla, ginger, honey and apple.

The Singleton 54 Year Old has spent over half a decade in European oak barrels since its creation in 1966, before being treated to an extra maturation in a single Pedro Ximénez-seasoned cask to finish. Bottled at 44.1% ABV and limited to only 235 bottles, it is extremely rare to find any whisky of this age – a true collectors item.

Only 1,695 bottles were released at a strength of 46.2% abv.
Sweet aromas of marzipan and sherry-soaked raisins meet the nose which moves into hints of Christmas cake and stewed plums on the palate, leading into a long and spicy finish.
