This 39% abv expression epitomises the smells and flavours once would associate with the period, with cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger leading. You can also expect to find angelica root, coriander, and hand harvested Mallow petals in a gin that is free from added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives.
