The welcoming and deliciously fragrant Scotch has been matured by the coast in a quartet of hand-selected fine American oak casks, before being bottled at 40% abv.
Expect notes of creamy vanilla and coconut up front, followed by rich citrus of marmalade and tangerines, lemon drizzle cake sweetness and a spicy undertone of fresh oak. The finish turns fruit and spice into Old Pulteney’s signature mellow sea brine.

$39.00 Availability: In StockInspired by the award-winning Old Pulteney 1989, this Highland single malt is matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-peated malt casks for a uniquely smoky take on ‘The Maritime Malt’. This expression is named for the distillery’s location in Huddart Street and Captain Joseph Huddart who provided maps and charts to the British Fisheries Society who were the builders of Pulteneytown and its harbour.The nose is rich and warming, with mellow wood smoke and oily leather, combining with honey and green apple atop vanilla and a touch of burnt toffee. The palate brings vanilla spice to the fore to balance the smoke and peat, with salted caramel and coastal sea salt leading into the rich finish. -

$50.00 Availability: In StockThe distillery is situated in Wick on the tip of the North East coast of Scotland, 3 degrees further north than Moscow and was named after the Member of Parliament and Governor of the British Fisheries Society, Sir William Johnstone Pulteney.
This is a limited edition expression, giving a nod to the maritime association. Matured in air dried hand selected casks, mostly first fill American oak, ex-bourbon casks, plus some first fill Spanish oak, ex-Oloroso sherry casks.

$30.00 Availability: In StockHailing from the far North East of Scotland, off the Caithness coast, Old Pulteney Stroma Malt Whisky Liqueur takes its name from a windswept Caithness Isle. Stroma originates from the Norse meaning ‘island in the stream’ which also refers to the dangerous currents on the island’s shores.
This fine liqueur is a careful blend of award winning malt whiskies and a mix of lighter malt whiskies. Stroma is smooth, sweet tasting and warming and, like the island itself, is packed full of robust and rugged undertones.

Signatory Vintage Pulteney 2008 14 Year Old Sherry Finish
$121.00 Availability: In StockA fabulous single malt from Pulteney, released by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Series release. The expression was distilled on 27th May 2008 and was initially matured in refill bourbon barrels. The whisky then enjoyed a finish in a fresh sherry butt before just 663 bottles were filled at 56.8% abv on 9th June 2022.
