Bottled in 2018 at a strength of 46% abv, only 302 bottles have been produced as part of the First Editions series from independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co.The nose is rich and fruity, with dark fruits and honey leading to a gently spiced palate with cinnamon, malted barley and rich Christmas pudding. The finish is long and sweet. -

$48.00 Availability: In StockThis Speyside single malt was distilled at Miltonduff and spent ten years maturing in sherry casks. Bottled at 43% abv, the expression has been released as part of Gordon & MacPhail’s discovery range.
The nose is full of apple pie, candied orange peel, and dried fruit before leading to an inviting palate with notes of toasted hazelnuts, stewed plums, and citrus zest. The finish is long, sweet, and full of Christmas spices.

On the nose, there is dark chocolate, orange peel, and rich toffee. The palate has aniseed, cinnamon, and ripe raspberries before leading into a long finish full of citrus.

$84.00 Availability: In StockReleased as a part of Hunter Laing’s Hepburn’s Choice range, this whisky showcases the glorious characteristics of the Speyside region. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023, the Miltonduff expression has been matured in a single carefully selected refill bourbon barrel for 13 years. Presented at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour. One of only 276 bottles.
Expect notes of treacle, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose, leading to a palate full of toffee, chocolate and mixed spice flavours which linger on well into the finish.

$119.00 Availability: In StockFrom independent bottlers, Duncan Taylor, this Miltonduff expression has been aged for 13 years, including a five-month finish in reconstructed ex sherrywood Octave casks. Just 92 bottles were drawn from the cask, which was reserved exclusively for us at The Whisky Shop. Presented at 52.2% abv.
There are aromas of dried fruits, caramel sauce, freshly baked bread, honey and lemon zest on the nose, before a palate of candied citrus peel, sweet oak, green peppercorns, gentle sherry and honeycomb.
