The liquid is presented in a spectacular bottle with a vintage design, harking back to the glory days of Dunville’s whiskey. Free from chill-filtration.Â
Expect aromas of tarte tartin, calvados caramel creme and dark fruit compote on the nose, leading to a palate of candied oranges, fruit salad, and sherry-influenced fig and stewed date flavours. On the close, clean malt is mixed with vanilla and spices, with PX sherry flavours on the tail.Â

The liquid is bottled at 43.5% abv, and lovingly crafted at Dunville’s Belfast based distillery.Â
On the nose we find notes of toffee and espresso with a delicate orchard fruit undercurrant. Upon tasting, we find sweet honey, apricot and a touch of peat. On the finish, honey develops into a notably fruity close.

Featuring a mix of a 4 year old single grain, a 10 year old single malt and a Oloroso finished 15 year old single malt, this precious liquid has been bottled at 43.5% abv.
On the nose brown sugar and cinder toffee notes arise, leading into a taste of sweet oak and malt. The finish is a classic fruit and nut mix, leaving you with a hint of vanilla on the palate.
