$63.00 Availability: In StockA Ballechin expression from Edradour distillery. This heavily peated dram spent ten years maturing in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 46% abv. The whisky is free from both artificial colouring and chill filtration.
On the nose, there are fresh herbs, wood smoke, and sweet grass. The palate is intricate with earthy and smoky hints perfectly balanced by notes of dark chocolate and spiced oak before leading into the smouldering, floral finish.

$68.75 Availability: In StockAÂ marvellous Ballechin expression from Edradour. This expression was distilled on 26th August 2011 and spent ten years maturing in a bourbon cask before being bottled at a powerful 59% abv on 2nd March 2022. Just 313 bottles of this stunning dram have been produced.Â
On the nose, there is honey-baked apricot, bonfire smoke, and nuts. The palate brings fresh herbs, vanilla, and burnt sugar before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish.
