Sebor Absinth is a unique Czech Absinthe that uses 13 different herbs to a century-old recipe. Unlike many on the market, this absinthe comes at a comparatively gentle strength of 55% abv (some absinths go up to 90%!). Sebor’s spirit is produced using traditional brewing methods to create the finest alcohol blended with a wealth of organic ingredients, including the highest level of wormwood, to give a rich mellow flavour. Sebor is best enjoyed in the traditional way: diluted with a bit of water, with or without sugar.
