Arran Sauternes Cask Finish

Part of the Arran Cask Finishes range, this expression has spent the last few years of its maturation in a Sauternes sweet wine cask to give this single malt a honeyed sweetness.

Expect the honey to burst on the nose initially, before opening up to apricots, bananas and pears, alongside some floral notes. The palate is sweet overall with a hint of spice and a zing of lemon zest. Citrus lingers in the finish, with the Sauternes shining through alongside one last note of honey.
