Description
This single cask expression from the First Editions series has been distilled at Ben Nevis distillery in 2011 and matured for nine years in a sherry butt. Bottled at 46% abv in 2020 by independent firm Hunter Laing & Co., this expression is limited to just 368 bottles. No chill-filtration or added colouring has been used.
A fresh nose of bananas, toffee, and fruit salad. The palate has notes of toffee apple, chocolate, and butterscotch mousse. The finish is long, with lingering fruit and spice.
