Description
This Speyside single malt was distilled in 2008 at Inchgower distillery. After 13 years in a bourbon barrel, this expression was bottled in 2022 by family-run independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. as part of the First Editions series. Only 336 bottles have been filled at a preferred strength of 46% abv. The expression is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
Aromas of icing sugar, candied orange peel, and vanilla pods fill the nose. The palate is creamy and sweet, with flavours of rich toffee and malt loaf at the fore. The finish is long and particularly smooth.
