Description
This 2023 Limited Edition release from Clydeside distillery in Glasgow was matured entirely in American oak first fill bourbon barrels, and decanted at a cask strength of 60.6% abv. This bolsters the intensity of the generally softer Lowland style, while exemplifying its finest attributes. Bottled free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
The expression is bursting with sweet aromas of ripe tropical fruit, orange marmalade and vanilla pastries. A palate of peach and plum follows, with a surge of tart citrus on the finish.
