Description
This addition to Walsh Whiskey Distillery’s collection is a Double Oak expression, created using two types of woods and two styles of premium Irish whiskey. A unique combination of American oak casks and French oak cognac casks, this helps complete a marriage of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey. Triple distilled; this expression is free from chill filtration.
Aromas of sweet vanilla, orchard fruits, and cinnamon spice waft up on the nose. Citrus peel, rich chocolate, and black pepper spice all combine on the palate. The finish is long, decadent, and very elegant. A cracker.
