The Lost Distillery Co. Lossit

Part of the Classic Selection from The Lost Distillery Co., this marriage of 100% aged single malt Scotch whiskies aims to recreate the whisky of the now lost Lossit distillery of Islay. Operational from 1817-1867, Lossit was a farm distillery that became the biggest producer of whisky on Islay during the industry’s formative years.The nose has the characteristic peat along with pear and almond milk. The palate is elegant with a peat and pepper balance, before smoke flows to a long finish.
