Description
A stellar new addition to The Old Malt Cask collection from renowned bottlers Hunter Laing & Co, this Highland single malt hails from Glengoyne distillery. The covetable expression was matured for 15 years in a single sherry cask and is one of only 423 bottles. Bottled at 50% abv.
Expect aromas of vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce and lemon balm. The palate leads into fruitier notes – apple and banana dominate with hints of vanilla bean. The finish is long and fresh with a lingering flavour of pear drops.
