This release celebrates Sarah, who heads up the distillery’s bottling operations and has a well-known love for all things sweet. For her release, Nc’nean has crafted something completely new, a rich and creamy whisky liqueur that brings together their signature organic single malt Scotch whisky and organic oats to create a luxurious, dairy-free indulgence.
Bottled at 20% ABV, this liqueur is full-bodied, glossy, and wonderfully smooth, with Nc’nean’s single malt adding depth and character throughout. On the nose and palate, notes of crème brûlée, spiced honeycomb, and chocolate mousse unfold beautifully, leading to a finish that’s rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced.
