Description
A marvelous single malt. This Speyside went into a single Cognac barrel for maturation at the Linkwood distillery on 10th May 2007 and was bottled for the Mossburn Vintage Casks series on 12th October 2021. This 14-year-old expression comes at a cask strength of 56.5% abv and is free from both chill filtration and artificial colouring. Only 243 bottles have been produced.
On the nose, there are aromas of vanilla and warm oak. The palate is intricate with some spicy notes combining flawlessly with dried fruits before leading into the satisfying finish.
