On the nose, there are aromas of Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate, which are accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical character. The palate shines with sweet sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb, alongside notes of ginger and cinnamon before bursts of caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla on the finish.
