Bottled at a robust 50.7% ABV, this release showcases flavours of baked apples, apricots, and lingering smoked toffee. On the nose, expect grape must, Parma violets, and subtle sweetness, leading to a palate of stewed apples, ginger, maple syrup, and sweet pear, with a long, smoky finish.
