Description
This is a living relic of the days of the whiskey bonders. Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey, comprised of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years old. This critically acclaimed dram is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 40% abv.
Expect notes of aromatic oils and spices and orchard fruits on the nose. The palate boasts mouth-coating flavours of mixed spice, green apple and toasted oak, with a lingering finish full of cloves and barley.
