Expect a nose of ripe red apple and melon, evolving into warming notes of porridge with brown sugar. On the palate, rich flavours of macerated fruits, marzipan and walnuts unfold, followed by warm spices, dry cocoa and a lasting hint of Seville marmalade. The finish is long, warm and satisfyingly dry, showcasing the perfect harmony of slow distillation and patient maturation.
