Description
Released to celebrate the 2023 Campbeltown Malts Festival, this lightly peated Glen Scotia expression has been matured for 11 years, including a year-long finish in white Port casks. The high-tech bottle includes a QR code, which will transport the drinker to Campbeltown for a sensorial journey with distillery manager, Iain McAllister, and whisky writer, Becky Paskin. Bottled at a cask strength of 54.7% abv, and free from chill filtration.
Expect notes of stone fruits, clove and lemongrass on the nose, with a palate full of spiced orchard fruits, molasses, caramel, sandalwood and sea salt. The finish is warm, long and fragrant.
