Description
This limited edition from Glen Moray is the second release in the Elgin Curiosity Collection. For this UK exclusive release, 10-year-old Glen Moray whisky was finished in casks from St James distillery in Martinique that previously held Rhum Agricole, a unique style of rum that is made with freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. Limited to just 3,060 bottles, this expression is presented at a strength of 46.3% abv.
The nose has marzipan, apricot jam and pineapple. The palate brings dark treacle toffee, cherry and spicy gingerbread, before a long and satisfying finish.
