Description
This Speyside single malt was distilled at Craigellachie in 2008 and matured for 10 years in a single sherry hogshead. Selected by Simone, our Paternoster shop manager, and bottled at a strength of 46% abv, only 264 bottles have been produced as part of the First Editions series from independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co.Vanilla custard and white pepper on the nose, with dusty malt and citrus. The palate brings sweet toffee, fresh oak and walnuts. The finish is sweet with oak, vanilla and liquorice.
